Privacy policy

This website is operated by Rebecca Dorey, Sales Representative, RE/MAX Solid Gold Realty (II) Ltd., Brokerage. Your privacy matters, and this page explains in plain language what information the site collects and how it is used.

What we collect

When you submit a form (contact, home evaluation, showing request, or neighbourhood alert), we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and any property details or message you include. The site also records basic technical information such as IP address with form submissions, which helps prevent spam.

How it's used

Your information is used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and helping you with your real estate needs. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing. Form submissions generate an email notification and may be stored in a client relationship system so Rebecca can follow up properly.

The listing search on this site operates under a licence from Information Technology Systems Ontario (ITSO), the organization that operates the regional MLS® System. As a condition of that licence, information about how this site is used, and personal information you submit through it, may be shared with ITSO where required to verify compliance with the licence. By using the listing search you consent to this.

Consent

Each form includes a consent checkbox describing how your information will be used. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your information.

MLS® data

Listing information displayed on this site is provided under licence by the originating real estate boards and is intended for consumers with a genuine interest in buying, selling, or leasing real estate. It may not be used for any commercial or other purpose.
